About the Opportunity You will support a community-based mental health and addictions organization providing 24/7 care across residential group homes, treatment programs, and supported living environments. Clients may have complex mental health needs, addictions, and dual diagnoses and require consistent, hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities Support clients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, meals, and daily routines
Assist with medication prompting and monitoring
Build therapeutic relationships and support individual recovery goals
Maintain a secure, structured, and supportive environment
Respond to crisis situations and provide de-escalation support when required
Complete documentation and communicate effectively with care teams
Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in DSW, SSW, CYW, Addictions & Mental Health,



or a related field
Experience in mental health, addictions, or residential care preferred
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the past year
TB test completed within the past 6 months
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred
Additional Details Pay Rate: $23/hour
Full-time and part-time contract opportunities
Start: ASAP
Anticipated assignment duration: 4-6 weeks, with potential for extension
8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
Days, evenings, and nights
Accommodation support available for select assignments
