Key Responsibilities:
• Provide zoning by-law interpretation to public inquiries
• Review land use applications for compliance




• Issue Certificates of Occupancy for zoning changes
• Ensure building permits align with zoning regulations
• Assist in the preparation of zoning amendments

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in planning or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of zoning or related experience
• Robust knowledge of the Planning Act and Zoning principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
