Primary Responsibilities: Creating work orders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating workflow with technicians

Providing accurate quotes and clearly explaining recommended services and products

Building trust with customers through solid communication and follow-up

Recommending tires, wheels, and mechanical services based on customer needs





Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate customer records

Supporting inventory and administrative processes

Maintaining showroom standards and promotional displays

Participating in safety initiatives and ongoing training programs

What does it take to get on track?
Previous experience in the automotive, tire, or service industry is strongly preferred

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven ability to provide professional customer service and build customer relationships

Confidence in explaining products, services, and recommendations to customers

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services is an asset

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Driver's Abstract

Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
