**Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role involves working in a modern, rapid-paced manufacturing environment where you support multiple production areas using various hand and power tools.

You will be working in assembly and on various other general production tasks, ensuring high-quality output while following safety and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
Work in different production areas to support daily manufacturing operations.

Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete production and assembly tasks.

Read and interpret tape measures accurately to ensure precise measurements and cuts.

Perform general labor and assembly duties, including handling materials and components as required.

Assist with welding-related tasks as needed, including work involving mild steel using stick, flux core, or MIG processes, based on experience and direction.

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds in a safe and controlled manner.

Arrive on time, maintain dependable attendance, and be open to working overtime on weekdays and/or weekends when required.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
**Essential Skills**
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Ability to read tape measures accurately and apply measurements to production tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills to address issues in production and assembly.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Punctuality and dependability with consistent attendance.

Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a brand-new, clean manufacturing shop designed to support efficient production and a safe working experience.

You will work on the day shift: Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the possibility of weekday and weekend overtime when required.

The facility is large, well-organized,



and equipped for modern production work, including the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Calgary, AB.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Calgary,AB.
