Provide essential patient care as a Registered Nurse at La Ronge Health Centre. This full-time role requires expertise in clinical assessment and team coordination for effective nursing.
The La Ronge Health Centre is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse for their Long Term Care Nursing Unit. Your responsibilities will include direct resident care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations. You will also supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Continuing Care Aides while ensuring a secure nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver total resident care in a timely manner
• Assess and plan resident care interventions
• Implement and evaluate nursing practices consistently
• Coordinate with nursing staff for quality care
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Nursing required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Strong advanced clinical assessment skills
• Demonstrated sound judgement and interpersonal skills
