E-Comm, a leader in emergency communications, seeks dedicated individuals for their Emergency/Non-Emergency Call Taker role. You will be the vital link that helps save lives while working in dynamic communication centres in Vancouver or Saanich. This full-time chance involves managing emergency calls, creating reports, and relaying critical information, ensuring community safety 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly
• Provide call-taking services for police and fire agencies
• Create and maintain comprehensive call reports




• Relay vital information to dispatchers and services
• Ensure effective communication in high-stress situations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Proficient typing skills of 44 WPM minimum
• Knowledge of southwest British Columbia geography
• Must pass security clearance interviews
