Foundation Marketing is seeking an experienced contract qualified to own full-cycle contract management. You will draft, negotiate, and review client and vendor agreements, manage change orders, and coordinate with counsel when needed in a fully remote role across the US and Canada.
You will also build and harmonize contract templates, govern intake and storage, and help develop an AI-assisted knowledge tool to empower teams while protecting the company’s risk profile.
