Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at North Campus Edmonton.
Reporting to the Faculty General Manager, the Manager, Academic Programs & Student Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the Faculty's academic program administration and student services functions. The position is responsible for the effective planning, delivery, integration and continuous improvement of administrative services that support the undergraduate, graduate and post-skilled programs, while ensuring alignment with Faculty priorities, University policies, accreditation requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
The Manager leads a multidisciplinary administrative team responsible for academic program operations, student services, curriculum administration, experiential education support and related academic processes. Working collaboratively with the Dean's Office, Associate Deans, academic leaders, faculty members and central service partners, the position ensures administrative systems, processes and resources effectively support the Faculty's teaching mission and provide a high-quality experience for students, faculty and staff.
The Manager provides leadership in organizational planning, resource allocation, process improvement, policy implementation and service delivery, while fostering collaboration across functional areas to ensure efficient, responsive and sustainable operations.
