Branch Manager
Location: Hamilton/Brantford
Our client is seeking a customer-focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team across sales and branch operations
Drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships
Oversee branch P&L;, budgets, and overall financial performance
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets
Ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence
Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand the customer base
Ideal Candidate
Proven sales and leadership experience within a distribution or B2B workplace
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L; responsibility
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Results-oriented, hands‑on leader with strong business judgment
