Job Description Relevant du Directeur national des ventes, le ou la Gestionnaire de territoire bilingue, Santé du sein, jouera un rôle clé dans la croissance et le succès continus du portefeuille Santé du sein de BD à travers le Québec. Ce poste stratégique à fort impact combine le développement des affaires, l'expansion du marché et la gestion de comptes afin de promouvoir des solutions innovantes qui améliorent les soins aux patients et les résultats cliniques. La personne retenue sera responsable d'identifier, de développer et de concrétiser de nouvelles occasions d'affaires tout en renforçant les relations avec les clients existants et en accroissant la présence de BD dans la région. S'appuyant sur une solide expertise clinique et technique, elle agira comme partenaire de confiance auprès des professionnels de la santé en offrant un soutien-conseil de premier plan et en demeurant à l'affût des innovations produits, des tendances du marché et de l'environnement concurrentiel. Le succès dans ce rôle repose sur la capacité à établir des relations d'influence auprès des principaux intervenants du secteur de la santé, notamment les chirurgiens, radiologistes, médecins, infirmières, technologues, équipes d'approvisionnement et directions hospitalières. Grâce à une approche collaborative, à une gestion stratégique des comptes et à une exécution axée sur les besoins des clients, le ou la Gestionnaire de territoire contribuera directement à l'atteinte des objectifs des clients tout en soutenant une croissance durable des activités de BD.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Bilingual Territory Manager, Breast Health, will be a driving force behind the continued growth and success of BD's Breast Health portfolio across Quebec. This high-impact role combines strategic business development, market expansion, and account management to advance cutting-edge solutions that improve patient care and clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding BD's presence within the region. Leveraging strong clinical and technical expertise, they will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, providing consultative support and insights while staying current on product innovations, market trends, and competitive developments. Success in this role requires the ability to build influential relationships across key healthcare stakeholders, including surgeons, radiologists, physicians, nurses, technologists, materials management, and hospital leadership. Through collaboration, strategic account planning, and customer-focused execution, the Territory Manager will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their goals while driving sustainable business growth for BD.

Job Responsibilities Achieves and manages sales targets through effective management of base business as well as new sales opportunities.
Develops a pipeline of opportunities and a business plan for the territory.
Establish, maintain, and develop key accounts based on business plan aligned to both organizational and customer goals.
Develops and maintains a level of excellence in clinical knowledge within respective disease states and technical knowledge of the products in the portfolio.
Develops and maintains a level of excellence in territory management, pipeline management and selling skills.
Customer management of stakeholders involved in the clinical, technical, and economic aspects of procurement.
Builds and maintains sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
Performs product demonstrations, customer education and in-service as required or requested to ensure the efficient and effective use of Bard / BD products.
Manage the territory with integrity and in accordance with BD’s Code of Ethics and all applicable policies, rules, and procedures.
Education and Experience required A university degree.
2-two years’ experience of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of high-level sales success.
Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and establish credibility with physicians, clinical staff, and key healthcare stakeholders.
Strong clinical acumen with the ability to engage in meaningful, evidence-based discussions within complex healthcare environments.
Experience collaborating with hospital, cancer center, and integrated healthcare system stakeholders to support clinical and business objectives.
Takes initiative, perseveres even in the face of obstacles, and demonstrated passion for what they do.
Takes accountability and ownership and can create effective plans to achieve targets.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Above average presentation skills in a variety of presentation settings: one-on-one, small, and large groups, with peers, and with senior leadership.
Strong business acumen and analysis skills with proven understanding of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
Can negotiate skillfully in a tough situation with external stakeholders.
Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiating skills, allowing the effective communication of complex information to a wide variety of audiences, and leveraging for the best outcome.
Must be a collaborative facilitator and leader, building consensus while championing business initiatives.
Preferred qualifications In addition to medical device sales experience, clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, Mammography Technologist, or in a related breast imaging specialty is considered a strong asset.
Experience participating in RFP and tender processes,



particularly within Quebec healthcare systems.
Knowledge of breast imaging workflows, clinical practices, and healthcare environments.
Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to travel approximately 30–40% of the time within the assigned territory and for business‑related activities, with travel requirements varying based on the successful candidate's location. Travel will include overnight stays and is required for customer support, case coverage, training, customer events, symposia, and other field‑based activities.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years as well as meet BD’s auto safety standards.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment.
The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility.
The range displayed is comprised of wages, which includes base salary and commission, as well as certain components of our bonus programs. The salary offered to a successful candidate may vary based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and work location.
Salary Range Information $69000 - $119000 CAD Annually
