Provide guidance and strategic oversight to junior supporting Regional S&O; via community-based initiatives Partner with primary L7 client stakeholder to drive operational scale across the regions and identify solutions by being the “connective tissue” across company's 15+ practitioners supporting the regions globally (PubSec S&O;, EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM, Partner Marketing, Brand, NorthAm) Manage and drive alignment of S&O; team budget to strategic objectives and execute Annual Planning activities for S&O; team Shape agenda and content in collaboration with L7 + L8 client stakeholders for S&O; Team Town Halls and Offsites Strategic and upfront visioning, management of senior client stakeholders (L7+), upfront scoping and developing content and frameworks for Marketing Kick-Off, Cloud Marketing event to outline annual strategy Strategic-Thought Partner: Collaborate with L7 + L8 client stakeholders by brainstorming,



analyzing and refining ideas to help shape forward-looking strategy and opportunities.

Strategic Collaboration: The Community & Culture activities require interactive sessions with senior leadership stakeholders. The candidate needs to be available for live working sessions to incorporate live feedback, review and refine materials and presentations, and discuss project milestones and updates to ensure high quality of final deliverable. Role requires strategic and upfront visioning, co-creation and collaboration with clients, and proactive & autonomous management of the end-to-end execution and serve as the “go-to” POC #
