Position Summary:

Massage Addict is looking for enthusiastic Students studying to become Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our team as Guest Service Administrators (GSAs). As a GSA, you’ll be an integral part of our clinic, ensuring every client feels welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive. You’ll gain valuable experience in clinic operations while building connections with experienced RMTs – setting you up for success as you complete your studies.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional client service, including answering phone calls and booking appointments.
- Welcome clients and make them feel comfortable and familiar with the clinic.
- Maintain a solid knowledge of all Massage Addict services.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing forms and documentation for new and existing clients.
- Keep the reception area and guest-facing parts of the clinic clean and organized according to operating procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:





- Currently enrolled in a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) program.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Professional, friendly, calm, and patient with strong people skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, calendar management).
- Access to reliable transportation.
