GreenShield is seeking an Account Manager, Team Lead to join a hybrid role reporting to the National Director, Growth & Client Service, Central Region. You will manage an assigned book of business, including client relationships, renewals, advisor engagement, service delivery, retention, profitability and integrated sales growth.
The role splits 50% to leadership and training—onboarding, supporting Account Managers, providing guidance, escalation support, and contributing to team initiatives.
