About the Team The Ministry of Energy and Resources develops, coordinates and implements policies and programs to promote the growth and responsible development of the province's natural resources industries. The ministry operates as the primary regulatory authority for the oil and gas industry and ensures competitive royalty systems, regulations and policies for all natural resource sectors. The ministry also plays an important role in promoting Saskatchewan's diverse resource potential to investors around the world. Saskatchewan is Canada's second largest oil and gas producer, the world's largest producer of potash and an emerging producer of other critical minerals.
ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities Create and distribute documents, forms, and reports, and assist with reviewing applications as needed.
Assist with technical issues related to workplace equipment (e.g., photocopiers, camera equipment, video technology).
Order office/warehouse supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Provide customer service to diverse stakeholders by directing inquiries and addressing questions, needs, and service requests.
Provide information on processes, practices, and programs.
Handle correspondence, organize files, and maintain records-management systems.




Regularly lifting and loading boxes of geological materials weighing up to 36.4kg (about 80lbs) each with limits of up to 10,160.5 kg (10 tons) per day.
Shipping, receiving, handling, recording, photographing and storage of all geological subsurface assets (drill core, drill cuttings) in accordance with the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, 2012, and Directive PNG013: Well Data Submission Requirements, while ensuring safe work practices.
