You will work closely with the Global Engagement Office to create tailored career development initiatives. Engaging with diverse stakeholders and ensuring a supportive environment for career exploration, your work will greatly impact students’ future employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group career education sessions
• Develop tailored workshops for international students and alumni
• Engage with employers to facilitate career events
• Collaborate with faculty for specialized student programs
• Create and maintain online career resources and tools
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• 3-4 years of related experience required
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience in advising on career development strategies
• Knowledge of labour market trends and job search techniques
