Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual assessments for patients and families
• Develop comprehensive treatment and crisis intervention plans
• Provide education and group support to clients
• Deliver psychotherapy in compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work required
• Active membership with OCSWSSW
• Recent oncology and palliative care experience desired
• Completion of interprofessional psychosocial oncology course
• Knowledge of CBT considered an asset
