Elevate your career as an Analyst with RBC, supporting the North American Securities Lending Trading Desk. In this full-time role, leverage analytical skills to optimize transaction bookings and resolve escalated inquiries.

This Analyst position involves critical support for business unit operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks. You will analyze discrepancies, monitor reports, and develop business solutions to drive operational effectiveness. Your contributions will ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards while facilitating seamless trade bookings in a agile business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve escalations related to cash and position reconciliation
• Review discrepancies and provide process improvement recommendations




• Monitor daily and weekly reports for processing accuracy
• Establish strong working relationships with Service Partners
• Prepare reconciliation reports ensuring compliance standards

Requirements:
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite
• Post-secondary degree in a business-related field
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task in time-sensitive environments
• Experience with Fixed Income settlements is a plus

Perform impactful analysis and support the RBC Securities Lending team to ensure transaction efficiency and operational excellence.
