Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Health & Safety Program development and implementation
• Collaborate on safety policies with Mattamy Homes
• Monitor safety performance and conduct audits




• Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate safety requirements with Facilities team

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in occupational health & safety
• 5-7 years of progressive health and safety experience
• Experience in advanced manufacturing with automation knowledge
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills
