Shift Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Rate
$27/hr to $28/hr T4 OR $34/hr Inc.

Overview
In this role, you'll provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees across multiple locations, helping ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of critical IT systems and applications. What You'll Do

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users across corporate and field locations.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, VPN, and connectivity issues.

Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other networked peripherals.

Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Assist with Active Directory user administration, account management, and related support activities.

Provide remote support to satellite offices and remote users.

Work with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain network performance and system availability.

Assist with WAN/LAN connectivity troubleshooting and network-related incidents.

Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records.

Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.





Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.

Participate in after-hours support, maintenance activities, and on-call coverage as required.

What We're Looking For

University degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Experience supporting Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365.

Understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, wireless networking, and general networking concepts.

Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solveing abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Active Directory

Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 Administration

Cisco networking equipment

VLAN concepts

VoIP technologies

Mobile device support

Asset management

IT documentation

ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing systems

Additional Requirements

Ability to travel between Toronto work locations when required.

Ability to travel occasionally to the United States if needed.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.
