Make a meaningful impact as an Autism Therapist at ConnectWell Community Health. Support children and youth with Autism through varied programs and team-oriented care in this full-time role.

This 35-hour per week position entails delivering high-quality direct support within client-funded programs. You will engage with children and youth with developmental disabilities, providing services such as Intensive Behavioural Intervention, parent coaching, and specialized workshops. Working under the supervision of a registered Behaviour Analyst, collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists is part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct support to clients in need
• Provide Intensive Behavioural Intervention and consultations




• Educate parents through coaching and workshops
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for client care
• Develop individualized and group-based services

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services
• Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences preferred
• Experience with children/youth with ASD
• Proficiency in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to work collaboratively with health professionals
