Our client is an established and growing manufacturing organization undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. As they continue to enhance operations, strengthen company culture, and implement new people-focused systems, they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and elevate the human resources function. This is an opportunity to join a company where HR will play a key role in driving organizational success, supporting leadership, and helping shape the future of the business. This is an in office position in Oakville.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all human resources functions for over 100 employees across the organization
Drive and support organizational change management initiatives
Develop and implement programs that enhance company culture and employee engagement
Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of HR systems and technology
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the HR team
Partner with leadership to foster accountability and a performance-driven culture
Manage employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention initiatives
Develop, update, and standardize HR policies, procedures,
and programs
Support payroll, benefits administration, compensation programs, and related HR processes
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and workplace regulations
Promote robust health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment
Support positive employee relations and a productive workplace culture
Qualifications: Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑focused environment
CHRP designation required; CHRL designation considered a strong asset
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
Demonstrated success leading change management and organizational development initiatives
Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essentialfor success in this role
This is an on‑site position in Oakville
