In this permanent, full time role, you will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Commercial. Your responsibilities will include overseeing stevedore quotations, enhancing customer retention, and conducting competitive analysis. Collaborating across operations and finance teams will be crucial for aligning business activities with financial goals, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual stevedore agreement negotiations
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams




• Maintain strategic industry stakeholder relationships
• Drive cargo volume initiatives to expand market share
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years management experience in marine logistics
• Strong knowledge of terminal operations and processes
• Expertise in rate analysis and contract management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
