IREN is looking for a seasoned qualified with 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT program management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FedRAMP authorization and NIST 800-53 controls. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you manage risk assessments and compliance frameworks that promote sustainable innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessment programs
• Develop governance frameworks aligning business and compliance
• Execute FedRAMP authorization from start to finish




• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Lead preparation of FedRAMP deliverables and security documents

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Security or related field
• 5-7 years experience in cybersecurity or IT management
• Proven success with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
• Strong communication skills across technical and executive levels
• Relevant certifications like CISM or CISSP preferred
