The role This is a year-round, permanent part-time (15-25hrs/week) position based in Whistler with the flexibility of remote administrative work during the off-season. There is an prospect to grow into a full-time role as we continue to get busier. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring every adventure runs smoothly, from the first inquiry to the final high-five at the end of a trip.
What you’ll be doing Guest magic: Delivering exceptional service before, during, and after trips.
The hub: Coordinating bookings, reservations, and guest communications.
Field ops: Assisting with day-of guest check-in and operational coordination.
Behind the scenes: Maintaining accurate administrative records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The extra mile: Contributing to sales, marketing, and exciting new business projects.

The essentials Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills (you'll learn our booking systems fast!).
Occupational First Aid Level 3 (80-hour) or a willingness to get it.
Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence or a willingness to obtain one.
Bonus Points: Experience in tourism, IC Sam training, or experience with reservation software.
