The Mountaineer Lodge seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician who will perform general upkeep across guest rooms, common areas, and mechanical systems. You will tackle plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, HVAC maintenance, and more while collaborating with the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain upkeep of guest rooms and common areas
• Perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs
• Execute preventative maintenance and respond to work orders
• Provide grounds upkeep including landscaping and snow removal
• Support various departments as needed

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in general building trades
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage physical demands
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license
