Your contribution!
Operate the hydroelectric power plant as a service operator, performing routine monitoring and maintenance.

Your day-to-day!

Optimize the efficiency and output of the hydroelectric power plant by taking all necessary steps (trash rack, etc.)

Perform daily maintenance and repair work on the plant's equipment, the building, and the grounds

Take all necessary steps to investigate and resolve alarm triggers generated by the hydroelectric power plant in order to minimize downtime (24-hour availability when in service)

Operate heavy equipment

Your skills, our requirements!

At least 1 year of experience as an electromechanical technician, in electrical work, automation, industrial maintenance, or any other related field

Knowledge of health and safety standards is an asset,



and ensuring compliance with these standards in all aspects of the job

Training as an electromechanical technician or any other equivalent training

Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of SCADA systems is an asset

Good physical condition

Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Flexibility and versatility

Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license

Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is required to facilitate ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec

This position is an O3C level.
