What you could be doing:

Assistin collecting, documenting, andanalyzingbusiness requirements from stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements

Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyzebusiness data and system reports toidentifytrends, gaps or inefficiencies and help translate findings into actionable insights for the team

Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, functionalspecificationsand other technical/business documentation

Provide basic troubleshooting support for SAP-related issues,assistusers with navigation and data entry questions

Help develop test cases,participatein user acceptance testing (UAT)andvalidatethat system changes meet business requirements before deployment

Cross Functional Collaboration- Work closely with IT, business unitsand teamson projects and support the resolution of issues

Candidate requirements:

You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027

You should have no more than 12 months’work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)

You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the U.S

You will need to have aDegreeand/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: InformationSystems, ComputerScience, or a related discipline Computer Systems Technology, or IT diploma/degree programs

Agood levelof verbal and written English

Driving Licence

Willing to work full-time, in person
