The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment opportunity where you'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new client relationships and growing your own portfolio

Building and managing a profitable recruitment desk

Winning retained and contingent search assignments

Recruiting, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates

Managing searches from intake through offer negotiation and placement

Growing long-term client and candidate relationships

Achieving and exceeding personal billing goals

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely bring:

Agency recruitment experience with a proven billing history

Strong business development skills and confidence winning new clients

An established professional network and existing market relationships

Experience managing a full 360 recruitment desk
