• Provide qualified nursing care in line with medical directives
• Direct Personal Support Workers on resident care




• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal care
• Notify physicians of significant changes in resident health
• Participate in shift reports to maintain team communication

Requirements:
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of relevant health regulations and acts
• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
