This temporary role focuses on implementing a full-day Kindergarten program with dedicated attention to children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate will possess a community college Early Childhood Education Diploma and recent experience in an early learning center. You must demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality and handle difficult situations with care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Kindergarten Teacher to plan educational programs
• Design environments fostering child development




• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Implement age-appropriate programs based on Ministry of Education guidelines
• Address challenging situations promptly and appropriately
Requirements:
• Two-year Early Childhood Education Diploma
• Current CECE membership
• Six months experience in early learning
• CPR and First Aid certification (asset)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
