Best Buy Canada is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support the DC Engineering team in maintaining labour standards, planning processes, and management systems. This hybrid role requires being in the greater Vancouver area, with 4 days per week at the Langley DC and 1 day remote.
You will perform motion/time studies, analyze labour performance and data, and maintain UKG Workforce Management configurations.
