You will play a critical role in managing ServiceNow modules related to IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), ensuring effective asset lifecycle visibility and compliance. This position requires expertise in HAM/SAM modules and robust scripting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Hardware and Software Asset Management modules
• Support end-to-end asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement
• Implement asset normalization and compliance reporting




• Assist in configuring HAM/SAM Pro and ITSM modules
• Automate service requests and improve incident resolution metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow modules
• Strong ITIL processes knowledge and scripting skills
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
