In this senior role, you will oversee regulatory obligations and compliance programs across Canada. Collaborating closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance, you will address AML, CTF, and related requirements under the PCMLTFA and FINTRAC regulations. This position demands strong engagement with regulatory bodies alongside internal strategies for managing financial crime risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Financial Crime and AML methodologies for regulatory risk
• Monitor and adapt to changes in FINTRAC regulations
• Serve as key contact with regulatory bodies on AML/CTF




• Identify control gaps and lead enhancements in compliance
• Review and approve high-risk clients in Canada

Requirements:
• 10+ years in senior compliance roles in Canada
• Deep understanding of Canadian payments/fintech regulations
• ACAMS or CRCM certification (preferred)
• Experience with financial institutions in the Americas
• Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
