Oak Valley Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for the Medicine and Transitional Bed Unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, plan care, educate patients and coordinate discharge planning to support continuity of care during the inpatient stay.
You will work within an interprofessional team on a 12-hour day/night rotation, delivering patient-centred care with a focus on activation, skilled practice and customer satisfaction. Ontario RPN registration and BLS are required.
