Garaga seeks an IT Advisor experienced in asset management, software licensing, and access management. You'll work closely with the VP of Information Technology to streamline Garaga's asset inventory and manage IT purchasing processes. The role includes building an inventory system from scratch and ensuring compliance with software licenses to optimize costs and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up the IT asset inventory system from zero
• Maintain a complete inventory covering all sites
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets efficiently




• Lead the software asset management and renewals
• Oversee identity and access controls diligently

Requirements:
• Experience in IT asset or access management
• Knowledge of licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Atlassian)
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
