Key Responsibilities:
• Perform tenant repairs during occupancies and turnovers
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance of all properties




• Maintain amenities and resolve resident issues promptly
• Respond effectively to emergency maintenance calls
• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Proficient in residential maintenance and renovations
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems
