Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, the Business Application Support Specialist plays a key role in facilitating the delivery of Information Technology (IT) services to users within an organisation by enabling the required business processes needed for the operation to be successful.



The incumbent is responsible for enabling people to execute their responsibilities within their relevant business processes, by providing logistical support, IT-liaison services, coordination, and subject matter expert-based insights as well as for staying up to date on current Motor Vehicle Information System / Drivers License and General ID Card (MVIS/DLGIC) application functionality and features and furthering the understanding of the various practical uses of the application to support the evolving needs of Community Services and its collaboration partners.
