Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
5+ years of technical leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Proven success in modernizing complex enterprise platforms using contemporary architectural principles and technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile software delivery environments.
