Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Power Apps Developer-Banking. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing operating systems-level software, including compilers and network distribution tools, to support complex computing applications. Pay rate range (CAD): $72.46/hr – $86.96/hr
Responsibilities Design, develop, and test operating system-level software, including compilers and network distribution applications
Modify and maintain existing databases and database management systems
Write and specify logical and physical database descriptions and identifiers to database management systems
Collaborate with project teams to coordinate database development and define project scope and limitations
Review project requests to assess user needs, estimating time and resources required
Troubleshoot system issues and make necessary modifications to resolve problems
Perform requirements analysis, functional specification authoring, and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle
Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skill-Set Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field




2 to 4 years of software development experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude and customer service orientation
Effective time management and ability to work independently
Knowledge of full software development lifecycle processes
Experience with XML, Java, JSP, and other relevant software tools
Familiarity with database development software such as SQL and Visual Basic
Nice to Have Experience with operating systems-level software development
Knowledge of compilers and network distribution systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Familiarity with project estimation and planning
