Salary : $65,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and interview performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and drivers

Manage driver scheduling, route planning, and capacity dispatching

Monitor delivery performance, service quality, and operational compliance





Drive improvements in on-time delivery, efficiency, quality, and cost

Analyze operational exceptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Set performance goals and manage team performance

Lead daily operational reviews and follow up on action items

Manage operational budgets and monitor the financial performance of the assigned region

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year of frontline last-mile delivery operations management experience

Hands-on experience with route optimization and delivery quality improvement

Strong leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting

Bilingual in English and Mandarin , with the ability to use both languages effectively in daily operations
