Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain payroll information through data entry and calculation
• Update records for exemptions and department transfers
• Prepare reports on earnings and deductions
• Calculate and determine payroll liabilities
• Resolve discrepancies by analyzing information

Requirements:
• DEC, DEP, or Certificate in accounting
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of Canadian Payroll legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
• Bilingual in English and French, advanced level
