Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Retail Education professionals
• Design and implement engaging training programs for staff and partners




• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on the annual education calendar
• Ensure clear and actionable communication between field and corporate teams
• Assess and address learning needs through tailored coaching

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in retail education or similar roles
• Strong experience in luxury retail and brand culture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in digital learning tools and techniques
• Ability to travel across Canada for training sessions
