Lead the production operations at Air Products’ new Edmonton facility as a Production Superintendent. Your expertise will ensure operational excellence and compliance in a team-centered setting.

This role oversees day-to-day operations and environmental health and safety practices in our industrial facility. As a key technical leader, you’ll mentor operators and engineers while managing compliance with safety standards. Your insights will support continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance processes throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures
• Train and mentor operators and technicians
• Lead continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives




• Support annual Production Fixed Cost budget development
• Coordinate maintenance activities and safety management

Requirements:
• Power Engineering certificate or Bachelor of Engineering
• 15+ years in industrial operations; minimum 3 years in supervision
• Experience with hazardous chemicals and plant commissioning
• Strong knowledge of process safety programs
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen
