As an experienced leader, you'll shape organizational strategy at Across Boundaries, a key player in mental health and addiction services for racialized communities. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute initiatives that drive systemic change and enhance our organizational impact. You will be instrumental in embedding Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression principles into our strategic framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with our mission
• Translate goals into initiatives with measurable objectives
• Identify strategic opportunities for capacity and innovation




• Provide advice to support planning and decision-making
• Lead complex initiatives from conception to execution

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership in strategic initiatives with diverse stakeholders
• Commitment to Anti-Racism and equity principles
• Solid project leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
