Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform and integrations
• Configure and customize Salesforce capabilities for users




• Develop documentation and training for end users
• Support daily platform operations and incident resolution
• Monitor data quality and system performance

Requirements:
• Three-year degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise-class solutions
• Proven Salesforce platform administration and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, including MuleSoft
