Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain customer relationships for vehicle sales
• Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, internet, and in person
• Qualify prospects and arrange trade-in appraisals




• Collaborate with finance office for customer sales closure
• Conduct follow-ups with past customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence and clear Driver’s Abstract
• OMVIC registration and strong business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas while maintaining service
