Your responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, advanced business intelligence reporting, and troubleshooting system issues. You will contribute to enhancing the end-user experience through effective system administration and continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Epicor BisTrack ERP system effectively
• Maintain and develop integrations with eCommerce applications
• Create insightful business intelligence reports




• Support additional software applications utilized at Star
• Monitor eCommerce performance and data integrity

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum one year of IT administration experience
• Knowledge of business applications and operational processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and web design
