Support literacy initiatives with United for Literacy as a Community Coordinator in Sudbury, Ontario. Your role will include program coordination, volunteer management, and community engagement.
This part time position requires 11 hours weekly, leading in-person and online tutoring programs for children and families. You'll collaborate with community partners and manage volunteer recruitment, ensuring a significant positive impact through enhanced literacy programs tailored to local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate in-person and online tutoring for children
• Engage community partners to enhance educational offerings
• Develop program plans addressing learner interests
• Organize resources and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to manage educational programs
