Lead high-quality child care programming at YMCA of Northeastern Ontario as a full-time Supervisor in Sudbury. Oversee educational delivery and ensure children's safety in a agile environment. Under the guidance of the Manager of Child, Youth & Family Development, this full-time position is responsible for operations at various child care sites in Sudbury.

Candidates should possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and two years of supervisory experience. This role requires managing staff, implementing site plans, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the health and safety of children at the centre
- Support and ensure quality educational programming delivery




- Conduct orientation tours for new families joining the center
- Maintain accurate records for children and staff personnel
- Recruit and train staff to ensure compliance with certifications Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Membership with CECE in good standing
- Valid G class driver’s license
- Current police record with Vulnerable Sector Check Ensure the highest standards of child care and education as Supervisor, positively impacting young lives in Sudbury.
