Shift Patterns

This role offers flexibility and variety, with shifts including:

- Days
- Nights
- Sleep-ins
- Every other weekend

About the Role

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.

You’ll be joining a care-focused, supportive team where a heartfelt approach to working is at the centre of everything we do. Every interaction matters, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real, lasting difference in people’s lives every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and building confidence
- Supporting people to access the community and take part in activities




- Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Kind, caring, and compassionate
- Patient, understanding, and empathetic
- A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible, and committed
- Willing to learn and complete ongoing training

Previous experience is welcome but not essential — our comprehensive training programme will give you all the skills and confidence you need.
